Rude staff The front desk staff was very rude for absolutely no reason at all. She wouldn't give me access to my room while i was having trouble with my payment. She was rude to my children and had a terrible attitude the whole time i was there

There was a terrible smell. I watched a guy let his dog poop in the hallway. Check in guy was rude. Was supposed to have 2 beds was given a room with just one.

Dirty The hallways were dirty. No cleaning whatsoever, trash everywhere. Staff was friendly. Rooms only refreshed every 24 days. I didn’t stay 14 days so I had to do my own laundry for clean towels, bedding at $6 a load.

Dirty and uncomfortable It was very dirty and uncomfortable the bed was small and very uncomfortable if we didn’t already check in and leave a damage deposit we would have left the floor was so dirty we couldn’t even let our daughter crawl on it

I would not recommend this for family with kids. The room was smelly and the towels did not look clean. Did you feel safe and was very noisy outside as well. We had a short nap and got out as early as possible.
