My partner and I booked a 2 night stay at Extended Stay in Colorado Springs. I had booked this chain of hotel due to my previous positive experience at other locations. This location was completely different. We arrived an hour after the front desk closed, as we were traveling from out of state. Per directions, we used the wall phone to call the “on call” worker. This hotel stole money from us. We booked a room here and were not allowed to check in and were not given a refund. This hotel will steal from you given the chance. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will actively tell people not to book a room here. This is theft plain and simple.

Very cheap accommodations. First of all, this place seemed to have residents living there that looked homeless. Felt a little unsafe. No amenities in the kitchen...you bring your own everything. No breakfast, not very clean.

We got there and the area was smelly other people were loud moved us to another room and people above us were stomping on the floor all night.when we left in the morning a homeless person was sleeping in the entrance way. Not a good experience!
Beyond Bad My flight was delayed until after the check-in time. I called ahead and used the phone in the lobby to try to contact staff. I ended up spending the night sitting outside the hotel.
