No frills Hotel is new (9-2015) so it's condition is good, if you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans, or they can sell you some at the front desk. If you want a coffee maker, they sell that too, $25 and you keep it when you leave. This is a no frills place that is worth what you pay, no extras here, you get exactly what you pay for. People are friendly, and helpful. No complaints, however if you want the Ritz....go to the Ritz!

vacation stay I have stayed there 2 times. the 1st time was great. 2nd time was not as good as the 1st. There wasn't enough soap or toilet paper in the room. I had to go hunt down someone for it. and since there is nobody there 24/7 it was a little hard had to do it during their business hours so that was hard since we where out running around all day. Better than an apartment complex or an ovecrowded Smooth. Should have more vending options with travel size needs as well as food and all.

New and nice Had a great stay here. The place is furnished very home like. Super clean bathrooms and very clean room in general. Plenty of parking, spaces are big so lifted trucks fit well :) Laundry on site, flat screen LG tv's, full size fridge, hot plate built into the counter. The rooms look as nice as the pics. Nice place to compliment the new bridge under construction at Fillmore & I25

Terrible hotel elevator hasn’t worked for over a month dog poop in the hallways. You have to walk up four flights of stairs to gets to your room every day. randoms will walk up and talk to you In Parking lot & they are predatory when it comes to parking, they will tow your car or guest.

Broken elevator rude management lost deposit how can you lose a deposit and have a broken elevator and put me up on the very top floor and don't tell me about the elevator issue till after I pay for everything

Do not stay here elevator doesn't work but they don't tell you this till after you pay and they put you on the 4rh floor. Management and staff very rude and unhelpful.

Booked 2 Queen beds, hotel said expedia sold non existent room and gave us 1 queen for 3 adults + 1 kid. One of us had to sleep on the floor. Dont exactly know if its expedia's problem or hotel's problem. At least the staff was kind enough to give addl pillows and cover.
