Clean but sorely lacking in other major areas Pros: New, clean, good laundry facility Cons: The address was incorrect on hotels.com so I ended up being across town from where I wanted to stay (this has since been fixed). No cookware and no COFFEE MAKER in the room. They are sold at a set at the front desk but weren't even available the week I was there. There is a fee for housekeeping. The hotel desk attendant had zero personality. I asked at check in if I could change my reservation to only one night, he said I had to speak with Nick the manager. Nick would not be in until the next day at 9am. I called at 10am the next day and spoke with Nick who was very rude. He said he could not and would not change the reservation. I didnt book through them I booked throu Expedia so I had to call them.

I would advise to avoid I sure did underestimate how fast a place can go bad. With the building only open a few weeks I thought I would take a chance and try it out, huge mistake. The building already felt rundown and dirty. While I know the term for renting a room is to book it, here it feels like you're being booked into a detention center. Very Disappointing Have never stayed in a extended stay facility before so can't compare it to others, if I compare it to a 3 star it is not high on the list. Our room was very minimal there were 3 adults and towels for 2 we had to pay 10.00 dollars for another set, there were only 2 plastic glasses, one tiny bar of soap, no kleenex, no extra toilet paper, and the rooms were extremely noisy.
