Find another place No one at front desk, waited 10 minutes for someone to come and check us in after we called them. Staff seemed not to care about anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dirt on the floor of the room, bathroom was a mess, this is listed a non-smoking place, the hallways and front area smelled like an ashtray.

Poor Customer Service Staff have "we don't care attitude" On call staff are not professional. Staff don't follow through or communicate well to guests. Rooms have motion lights. Staff don't relay info at check in. For 3 nights, lights came on every time we rolled over in bed. We called the desk several times& were told to turn off 2 switches, which we did. Glad thats over with! First off We chose this hotel for the available Kitchen. Turns out there are no pots, pans or utensils of any kind available. There is also no toaster or coffee pot to be had. We got in the room and found the blanket looking pretty questionable and there was only one towel and one face cloth in the bathroom. When I called to ask for a new blanket and another fresh towel to be brought up they told me I had to go down and get it that they were busy. Staff sucks (but, manager is great) and noisy I am on a six-week vacation. Dallas, Washington DC, Bangor, Philadelphia, and here (Colorado Springs). There have been a few small cities as a drive in between. And WoodSpring ranks as my worse experience – even again Motel 6. Expedia shows the Internet price as $9.99/week – it is $14.99. That would be ok, except the price is sold as fast enough to steam movies. On my Roku 4 and Amazon, that statement is not true on Thursday night (not the heaviest usage of bandwidth typically).... read more

Beware of DIRTY LINENS Dirty sheets that had been slept in. The room and sheets smelled like cigarettes. There is no staff to help with anything but a promise to tell management in the morning.

Bare bones Accommodations were very bare bones. Even though the room was clean and had a kitchenette there were none of the usual amenities, such as a simple bar of soap. If staying, plan on bringing or going out to buy everything you need for your stay.

Never again!! Being everything....because you get NOTHING!!
