Too stripped down for comfort Very dissappointed w this property. It appears to be serving more as longterm housing for local residents and noticed the hotels weekly rate on sign was about 75 dollars cheaper than my 4 night stay. No cliset, no ironing board, no blow dryer. No bedside table lamp. Front desk requires guest to leave Drivers lic with them to borrow iron. Hard surface flooring thruought which is smart in a pet friendly hotel.. but entire place smelled as if it were being washed down with nasty old dishwater. The ... read more

Dirty I have yet to get a refund because I didn't stay at the hotel. After checking in we walked to the room and the halls had cigarette ends in them and the halls smelled like urine.

Extended Stay hotel This is NOT the typical hotel for travel, it is a extended stay hotel. There was a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, bar of soap and towels. That's it. There were NO dishes or utensils for using the cooktop. For the price I expected more for a suite. The halls were smoky.

Not what I expected Staff is friendly but the hallways, elevator and room has a lingering smell.
Disappointing We were very disappointed in our stay. The toilet was broke in our room and they had overbooked the hotel so they couldn't move us to another room. They gave us a handicap room which we did not want! They finally moved us to another room that had a clogged bathroom sink that we couldn't use. There are no dishes or pots and pans in the kitchen and were told that if we wanted some to use it would be an extra $30 and were told, "you wouldn't want to use those anyway!" No housekeeping to make or clean rooms daily. Hotel was smelly and stinky. Appears the smell was coming from dirty carpets
Uncleaned, Blood stained mattress pad There was a bloodstained (uncleaned) mattress pad under the washed sheet on top. Need I say more? I have pictures....absolutely disgusting. I'm still having nightmares.
