Well there are signs everywhere that say, “No smoking within 100 feet of the building.” But people are smoking right outside their rooms 2 feet away, there are cigarettes everywhere all over the ground. There is about 15 channels on the TV. No cookware available in the rooms. Had to go to the lobby and get my own towels after waiting 5 days of No housekeeping at all. Take my own trash out.

I didn't like the first room we were given. No lights in the bathroom the fridge was rusted on the outside. No cups. No ice machine. The elevator was a snail.

I liked how they renovated floors however outdoor appearance needs to updated to attract better clientele and they to ensure all AC units are serviceable and working properly.
