I like the price.. it is reasonable also the staff is very friendly and professional the property is very clean and the location is great!!!.....Okurrrrrrt Now for the DOWN FALL the room has a bad smell like smoke and old sweaty clothes but they do have great channels to watch....PLEASE PLEASE JUST WANT ON THE SMELL!!!!!

Good location but it needs some attention. Was almost thinking about going to a different hotel as while I was checking in, a customer came into the office and said that his shower handle was broken and that the microwave and fridge was dirty. We decided to go look at the room before we decided that and the elevator was dirty, the floor was bubbling(see pictures) up and it took a little bit for it to come down to the main floor (it's only three stories). Staff was friendly. Arrived early and needed to take a shower and head to ft jackson for family day. Manager at front desk allowed me to check in early so i can make it to Family day. Room was clean and everything i needed was right next door could walk to every thing.

The property was clean, everything about Extended Stay was good, no complaints. Only thing I saw different was that they didn't have the friendly appreciation breakfast.
