Quick and ease reservation. Some employees were great and hospitable, and few were a bit grippy.

It was very close to food and stores. Did not like that the staff only cleaned when you left, breakfast was not very good either.

The room I stayed in was smelly. I think someone had been smoking in it, or they hadn't replaced the carpet since they became a non smoking hotel. Either way, I had to go out and buy some febreze, which I sprayed everytime I returned to the room. I was overcharged for the room, but when I pointed that out to the office staff, they not only refunded the amount I was overcharged, but also the cost of the roll away bed for the inconvenience. Close to where we needed to be. Lady in office explained everything we ask about to us with no problem. She even sent us on a different route that was faster and easier to get to where we needed to go.
