Very disappointed The staff at the counter was pleasant enough, but didn't explain that the "deposit" wasn't a deposit like other hotels (a hold that gets released later) but an actual full charge (and a bizarre amount). Since that was in place did not expect to have the additional wifi purchased to be charged separately. Very weird. We didn't use any utensils or cookware, nor even a hairdryer (as we had our own plasticware & hairdryer). I didn’t like the fact that at check in they didn’t offer the totalitarias and the smell in the hallways maybe I didn’t see if it was a smoking or non smoking hotel

Over Booking banter booking hotel room I had a problem when I had already called in my booking but when I got there they said they where over Book! I took them this is the second time this happened and I was gonna inform you Guys this and I should be credited because I had to refill our paper work and they had to find me a room ! Not good !
