not free wifi rip off my room stunk like cat pea. not happy at all, by time i got to my room, the staff left for the evening. nothing i could do but sleep under the pillow disgusting
Room could have been cleaned better. Very nice and helpful staff. Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Please know this is NOT a hotel, but an extended stay. There is no daily service (unless you pay extra). However, the location is fine, the rooms are fine, and the price is great.

Surprisingly nice . . . but Surprisingly this was a very nice, newly updated and very clean hotel, and it was a great price as well. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Only 2 small issues though. There was a no pet policy but the floor in my room clearly had remnants of animal hair, and I feel like the faux wood floors could have been vacuumed better. Secondly, the room was clean overall but there was a live roach that crawled up out of the drain the bathtub. I realize that pest management is difficult in a large facility, so ... read more
A bit Surprised We booked this hotel because of reviews by Trivago. It was a fine choice for the money but was less than what we are used to. It was clean but lacked the usual comforts of a better hotel (hair soap, carpet floors, room size, comfortable chairs, more stable bed: mattress moved easily off box springs).
