Clean but not hospitable. The hotel was clean but "sterile". The office boy was outside smoking when we arrived and instead of taking care of us we had to wait until he finished smoking. He acted as though we were intruding in his time by coming and wanting to check in. He should take a course from Disney on how to make guests feel welcome and at home.
Very Nice Place! Very clean. Would be great for an extended stay. Wish it had had breakfast. I was starving the next morning. But for the price, it was excellent
More value for the price you pay. They maintain the hotel very well. Cleanliness was my attraction. The kitchen with two burners makes easy to prepare breakfast and dinner. But we have to pay extra for wifi.

Would stay again Okay, first things first. This is a no frills hotel. If you want a nice friendly staff, extremely clean room, this is for you. Everything you need is provided without the extras at a great price. I personally like not having the room serviced daily and value my privacy. It was a positive experience and will be staying again in the future.

First Time Value Place Customers We had never stayed at Value Place before and did not know what to expect. The room was extremely clean and well laid out. We had a full kitchen, bath and bed. We were very pleased and will be going back. We liked the fact that if there was no one at the front desk you could pick up the phone and reach them immediately. You do have to realize that this is not a hotel, it is an extended stay facility. We lived in this room for 5 days and had an enjoyable time.

Best in Class Stayed 11 nites for business. The place is new and they made the smart choice to not use carpet. No odors! The staff was exceptional, accepting mini packages for me and leaving them in my room or held at desk, as I would request. This is not a resort, but it is a clean safe environment. There is a pet hotel across the street, so some barking at times during the day... didn't bother me much. My room was a double, so a little small, but still comfy, and meticulously clean. No thrills hotel You get no free breakfast or wifi. If you are looking for simple, clean, and nothing fancy this is your hotel. You get a fridge, microwave, counter top cooker, tv, bed(s), and a simple bathroom.
