nice place had a good stay people are wonderful
Surprisingly nice . . . but Surprisingly this was a very nice, newly updated and very clean hotel, and it was a great price as well. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Only 2 small issues though. There was a no pet policy but the floor in my room clearly had remnants of animal hair, and I feel like the faux wood floors could have been vacuumed better. Secondly, the room was clean overall but there was a live roach that crawled up out of the drain the bathtub. I realize that pest management is difficult in a large facility, so ... read more
A bit Surprised We booked this hotel because of reviews by Trivago. It was a fine choice for the money but was less than what we are used to. It was clean but lacked the usual comforts of a better hotel (hair soap, carpet floors, room size, comfortable chairs, more stable bed: mattress moved easily off box springs).
If you are a low maintenance type this place is great
Understand: This is an extended stay - NOT a hotel If you're looking for a clean, serviceable room in a safe area for an affordable price, this is a great place to stay. HOWEVER, this is an extended stay -- NOT a hotel. You won't get daily room service or your trash taken out unless you pay an extra fee. Many of the negative reviews don't seem to have had the proper expectation to start with.
People friendly quiet
We had an one week stay. Overall, the place was good. The beds were ok but the room floor was not that clean (7 out 10).
Horrible Oder in room from floor coating. We were two retired Firemen up for an annual event, if our wives had been up with us we would not have stayed in your facility because of the terrible Oder in the room, made our eyes water every time we entered the room. Asked housekeeping if all the rooms smelled bad , we were told yes. Originally thought someone was cooking a skunk on the 4 th floor. FYI room #421
