Very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are average size with a kitchenette. Very clean. I could have used a couple more pillows. The only downsize is the noise from the hallway. I would definitely stay again.

Great place for an extended stay I had a two week layover in Dayton and this place was great. Very clean and the staff was excellent!

Not for one night The place is not really a hotel for a short stay of one or two nights, but for one or several weeks. It is clean. But the reception closes early and opens late. The fridge in the room was quite noisy. But what I disliked most was that my credit card was not accepted although it worked perfectly immediately before I checked in and immediately after I checked out. So I had to use my cash to pay for the room.

Close to UD campus, 8 miles away Clean and safe place but bare minimums. Bring your own pillow because you only get one! And extra towels for a weekend stay because you pay extra for room service. No lobby to hang out in or meet up with guests, just a clean room.
