Bad I had stayed at this hotel many of times probably spent over $20,000 with this place since they opened. I was staying there and booked the room for the following week from Feb 13-20th when I called on the 12the they said it was not booked so I figured once I got there later that day I would check again. So I went to my room and ate dinner and went down to the office and they still insisted that I did not book the room so I got my stuff together and left the next morning on my way to work out $272.00

Terrible Place Room was in horrible shape! Not clean, smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. The manager came in on me when I was in a towel. Did not announce at all....just came in!! OMG! Don't ever book this hotel!

Did not get a fair value. Room was dirty. There was a bandaid on the table that the TV was on. Room had a foul smell. Policy on clean towels was not good. No housekeeping available. If you want clean towels you must take your dirties to the front desk and trade for clean ones each day. No soap or shampoo. No ironing board. Vinyl floor was cold and should have been carpeted.

This is NOT a hotel - more like budget apartments This facility should not be represented as a hotel. However, it is perfect as a long term inexpensive apartment, where you take care of your own supplies, such as towels, shampoo, water, ice, food, laundry, hairdryer, ironing board, etc. We had to take a trip to Walmart to purchase all the things that this place does not supply. Underwhelming Put on hold and then disconnected multiple times when trying to get in on Friday night so we could check in. Be forewarned the desk is closed and the doors locked at 10:00! The no smoking policy is a farce! Room and hallway smelled, elevator reeked! No smoking room came with 2 ashtrays but no shampoo. Good luck if you are used to sleeping with more than one pillow.

This woodspring suite Dayton south room very very small . The bed small ,old, noisy, this hotel have not staff in the evening. I can not change other room……also, the hotel have not any shampoo , tissue …… it's very bad .

You get what you paid for. The overall rating when you see when you book the room misled. The hallway was smelling. No change of towels. Once in the room it was ok.

Terrible hotel claimed it was nonsmoking room my clothes still smell. The bedding and pillows smelled. It was next to a doggie hotel so at 6:00 am the dogs barked continuously. Never stay here again
