When I entered the room I found someone else’s belongings in the room plus their hotel reservation receipt. The hotel had checked in someone else before checking me and my one year old son in the same room. The hotel staff told me they had no other rooms available so I had to leave and find another hotel. It was a terrible experience.

Reserved the room for my sister. They made me come in to register then said i couldnt bc i wasn't the guest. Very rude counter person who looked and acted like he was higher than a kite. She stayed one night in a filthy room that was smoking even the hough i paid for 2 beds in non smoking. The manager, Jennifer Crawford, kaughed at my sister when she left the next day and refused to cancel the rest of the week. She told her. We will not refund anything. Never Again Smelled musty, towels were not fresh, nothing provided in so called kitchenette. Only stayed one night and not refunded for other nights paid. Staff not concerned about condition resulting in me leaving

Got there a few minutes early told them i had a resveration and then i was told i didnt have my room anymore which i got a week before because my debit card i used earlier during the week to get the resveration wasnt a valid card to there liking even the week before it got approved to get the room even that i was paying cash for it.Anyways i told them i never got a call or email saying my room cancled and i was i told i supposedly got a email of the day of i was supposed to check in which was 6 days later which i never resev... read more

I had notified to Manager and another clerk for extended time when I check in. Ten day later they throw me out , I tried to talk to them and they said that all room was book up already. I got to move out. I try to find another hotel and book the same hotel in three minutes, and I got to move in back. for another two more weeks. The manager doesn’t know how to do business, she should work in another job, not this type of job.

They lose your reservation if you are arriving after 11:30pm... The front desk is closed 11 hours of every day! 8pm - 7am. The rooms did not have shampoo or conditioner. I went to take a shower at 11:00pm and found this out. The front desk was closed! They said that it was policy to not put shampoo or conditioner in their rooms. I stay at a LOT of hotels and this is the first one that I've EVER stayed at that did not provide any shampoo! Ridiculous! Checkout is at 11:00am. not for humans This hotel runs on inhuman management model. They let you in a suit with no tableware so you cannot cook or eat, they do not clean your room for 14 days (not even a toilet), they give you free internet for one device but you cannot switch between even two devices (BTW, the Wi-Fi was very fast). If you want to add anything what you miss, you have to order it for $$$. I guess, you can stay and be okay for a few days, but not for extended stay.

We are sorry to hear about your stay, however, we explain at check-in, that we do our housekeeping services once every 2 weeks. We provide a linen service to the guests so they may exchange their linens to the front desk for a very minimal fee, (about a dollar a day). This can be done as often as needed. By not providing cookware and offering it on a per guest basis, we are able to keep our prices for you competitive and fair. We hope you have a better experience on your next stay!

Horrible staff. Asked for non smoking room got a non smoking room on a SMOKING FLOOR. Nothing done to accommodate my family.

I am sorry you ran into challenge's we do our best to meet all request. We have one floor that we permit smoking in the studio's. All other 3 floors are non-smoking. Due to occupancy sometimes its just hard to meet all request. Thank you for your feedback.
