I will stay in that again it was bad from beging to end

Most unusual place I have ever stayed at. For the price you get bare bones service, vending machine broken, no ice machine (you get ice cube trays in the refrigerator), only one luggage cart for over 100 rooms. The oddest part was that I went to walk my dog at 9 am (checkout is 11 am) and the front desk clerk told me my key was disabled because I owed them $5 for dog fee and $2.99 for wifi. Room smelt like cigarettes and the front counter people were very rude. couldn’t even stay one night in here without despretly needing to leave

Polite and helpful staff. Hotel is very noisy and need to keep window open as even non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Bed is uncomfortable, no shampoo provided.

Hotel staff cheating customer, when I check in the first time 06/04/2019 to 06/15/2019 they didn't notify that the hotel had " No Refund Policy.". I did asked them to marked out that I will extended more day when the time come. On 06/15/2019 they kick me out, and told me that all the room was book up full. dogs barking next door, no maid service, if you want clean towels or sheet you have to pay for them, have to buy plates, pans and anything else you need to cook with.

No Pleased Horrible experience waiting in the lobby over 30 mins for the attendee to come down and fix our broken room key. Room was dirty and beds were extremely uncomfortable.
