Very Disappointed Was contacted by the hotel 5 miles from arriving for them to tell us they did not have a double room available for us. Offered a king room. We had 4 ppl. Very disappointed

Not staying again The night manager is a very rude and cold individual. Not friendly and will charge you for his own inconvenience.

No coffeemaker, or hair dryer, cups, or ice machine anywhere on the property. If you there for an extended stay, which they advertise on line, you better bring your own pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. They have a 2 burner cook stove and a microwave, but how you suppose to use them?

Cleanliness and renovated was great however the walls and floors were extremely thin. I felt like i had to tip toe around and whisper. U can hear the other people in rooms walking around, talking, and flushing the toilet. Not for people with kids because the other guest will complain when something is dropped on the floor or they cry. Rooms are very small bed was hard mattress flat nothing like other hotel's ive stayed at reminds me of a college dorm very basic

Paid for pet to be there she is only 8 pounds they charged me again when daughter checked in also requested smoking they but her non smoking room took them 15 mins to get to check in counter . just awful
