I had a full size bed it stated king the room had one washcloth and one towel the room smelled like dog

The day shift attendant crystal thinks she needs to bang on doors at 9:30 for a wake up call like it’s a psych ward or something. It’s supposed to be a hotel I know when checkout is my sleep was disturbed then they wanted to charge 10 dollars when I decided to stay a second night so I didn’t stay. I’ve never seen such rude customer service at hotel or motel. The place was relatively clean, but smelled very bad. The room, hallway and stairwell all smelled badly, and all smelled different from each other. There was nowhere on site to get a cup of coffee on Sunday morning. I would not stay here again.

It is located next to a dog kennel - lots of barking in early AM. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke.

Incompetent I booked online for my daughter, to celebrate her Birthday. The hotel overbooked, claimed they attempted to call. My daughter had no room, the reservation was canceled by the hotel and the staff still proceeded to charge me!

Not what I expected Staff entered our room without warning while we were gone. The elevator smelled like smoke and our room was musty. Bare bones for sure. One bar of soap, no hair dryer etc. Bed was comfortable with clean fresh linens etc. I wouldn't return.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR The room was as minimal as you can get. Not even a bedside lamp, hairdryer, coffee maker or shampoo. Or a furnished lobby! The hotel appeared new, but built with inexpensive materials.
