Wont book again. Delayed flights caused us to miss our connecting flight. So we were stuck in Denver. Booked and paid online. Took an uber to the hotel and called the after hours line to check in. The man came to the lobby and rudely told us he could not check us in as there was no clean rooms and he could not issue a refund because he couldn't check us in. Hotels.com did issue a refund after calling them the next day. Horrible area, very dark and high homeless population.

Scam for money Up graded to a queen, they are charging me for a queen i have a full bed that doesn't even fit on the frame.they act like i don't know what im talking about.this bed is 54in wide on a 60in frame not a queen bed.they give me full size sheets, so they are aware because it's a queen size room

Upon arriving there was a long line of people trying to check in. It was mainly one gentleman holding everyone up because his reservation wasn’t working through third party. Once I voiced my desire to have him move out of the way so the rest of us could try things got better. I checked in; went upstairs and my room was mediocre at best. Essentially a futon bed. Left food cocroaches appeared. Stated there was a breakfast but nowhere to find one or in sight to get vreakfast and noone to contactm Terrible exjting staff rude

The floors in the room were sticky, someone was smoking crack in their room two doors down from me. Noise all night long, got woken up at 5am by the fire alarm, probably from people smoking crack and to top it off I was charged extra money because my room wasn't ready at check in time which makes no sense!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Horrible experience Not only was, I greeted by the front desk, agent, inviting me to his room and making false assumptions of knowing me He was also so high on drugs he couldn’t hardly function. This was a disgrace to extended say America’s. There was also feces left on my toilet. The flooring was uneven and bulging out, and my sheets were stained and dirty.

This is one of the worst hotels I have been to. Horrible customer service, no lift and shady people.
