Stinky smells Overwhelming smoky smog throughout comon areas and hallways. No smoking sighs posted throughout hotel, but ash tray provided in room. (Hmmmmmm) the hotel looked fine - cheap but fine. The horrid smells however left me feeling as though something foul must be afoot. I did not trust this sketchy place This stinky smelly nasty place. It made me want to; need to; wish to Have some self protection mace.

Never again Absolutely dreadful mattress, bed and pillows. If there would've been carpet I would've just slept on the floor. Not acceptable for a place that is supposed to be an "extended stay" hotel.

Not for tourists Away from downtown not for tourist location. Does not look or feel like a good neighborhood. Elevator does not work half of the time. If you are looking an inexpensive place for a long stay...maybe...

Awful loud noise at night I picked Value Place Denver because it has the kitchenette but now I realized that because of the kitchenette people has been staying there a long time and have friends coming over, partying, drinking till very late every night. I also got knocked on my door and window several times from strangers who were looking for their friends - used to stay in my room. Too farr away from downtown. Not a close location, you have to walk at least a 1/2 mile to a decent grocery store. Everything is ala cart. Nothing is FREE, no extra towels, soap, etc. Rooms smelled.

Not worth the time and effort Family oriented hotel that does not have utensils. They will propose to sell it on site. Dirty room, cigarette smell and uncomfortable bed. Never again
