Must to avoid Smoky, smelly, no toilet paper in room. Sketchy residents. Not oriented to short-term stayers (no shampoo). Worst hotel ever listed by Hotels.com.
Room smelled horrible, shower drained slow, bed was small and hard. The walls are super thin so you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The guy that checked us in was very nice though. If you need a place to sleep and not much else then this is the right place. You get what you pay for.
Very disappointed!! The company I work for does contract work for Woodsprings Suites so I was excited to give it a try, but will not stay at one again.

Only if you're on a tight budget I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you just can't afford to stay anywhere else. I actually had a few issues. First of all I checked in around midnight and at this particular Hotel there's not a person available after 10 so you have to call the number and wait for the person to get downstairs to check you in. When you've had a long day and your check into a hotel that late you expect to get checked in quickly so that you can get to your room and go to bed. That was not the case we waited... read more
