Unpleasant experience Arrived past midnight and was received by the least welcoming reception desk. One can be professional without being rude! The lady on the reception was a much BETTER professional receptionist. I was given a totally smelly SMOKING room while I am non-smoker Next morning requested room change and was promised the change within 3 days due to non-availability. The promise was NOT fulfilled. The staff are ok, some of them smile or say good morning!! Lol, the room have the extended stay requirment, but it have the worst smell i have ever experienced. leterally, i stayed for a week and it never went off!! I was spraying a deodorant every day, still no hope. Also, there is something that bites (not kidding), it's not misquitoes or bed bugs (thank god), notonly this, the room window doesn't open (designed like this), So you can't even get fresh air or escape the smell. DO NOT STAY HERE I didn't stay, got my money back immediately! When I went to check in the room the entire third floor felt like a drug house. It smelled of marijuana and I felt like I got a contact high just stepping out of the elevator! Place reminded me of a homeless shelter or some cheap raunchy prostitution house!
Terrible hotel This hotel was very shady, they required you to clean your own room and only had cleaning staff once a week! The beds were terrible! And im pretty sure my debit card got swiped by them because after I got back I had 3 charges from Walmart in Las Vegas which I have been in Colorado. Do not go to this place!!

DON'T STAY HERE!!! This place is HORRIBLE! They look to be renting it out as a flophouse or low income housing or something like that. After waiting over 20 minutes in an extremely narrow hallway behind some 10 different people, I asked for a non-smoking room and checked in. I had to sign 5 different forms, one of them informing me that, even though this is advertised as an extended-stay hotel, pots and pans are NOT provided, and you cannot even RENT them, you need to BUY them!
