Beware Hotel is inconvenient only has one entrance and drug addicts acting crazy in the elevator and has roaches.... did not want to refund my money even though I did not stay

Never again This was one of the all around worst hotels I have stayed at. The service was awful, the room was dirty, and very uncomfortable.

There is no check in staff after 10pm . They have a phone to call a hotline who then calls the night agent to check in . If your paying for a hotline just pay for an overnight shift front desk agent. We had to wait 20 mins for someone to show up . The rooms are dingy and old . The standard bed is a twin size and very cheaply made . A bar of soap is the only toiletry you will get .

We're sorry to hear about your check-in woes. The risk of us not having a 24-hour front desk is that late-night arrivals can often be frustrating for the guest. We've followed up with the property and they are going to speak with the overnight attendant. Our stand beds are double beds and I'm sorry you didn't find your bed comfortable.
No thanks Zero front desk support after hours. The whole place stinks of who knows what cooking. Zero noise barriers and walking down the hallway, or sleeping. All you can hear is various televisions

Cheap but dirty and loud Floory was dirty and room was loud. Only redeeming factor was the price.

High every day They tell you you cannot smoke inside, but when you get in the elevator to your room your in Marijuana smell and even in youre room the smell comes in from under the door. There is no cleaning of the rooms for 2 weeks or you will have to pay for cleaning.
