new and functional but noisy The room was cheap and served its purpose. We heard noises (furniture moving, screaming / fighting and doors closing throughout the night, every night. Laundry vending stole my money. Rooms are cleaned every two weeks, surcharge for towel exchange. Linens were nice and clean but bed was uncomfortable. Bring kitchen supplies and a coffee maker if you plan on using the kitchenette.
Not a family hotel I ad to stay elsewhere when my family arrived in town.
Dirty room I felt very uncomfortable in the people who stayed there. It reaked of smoke. The beds were actually futons. There was no extra towels or tissues without a price to pay. I will not stay there or advise anybody else to.
roaches and dirty! nasty! all hardwood floors so the first day we spilled something on the floor and when we cleaned it up our napkin was black! the bottom of our socks got stained black because nobody has mopped the floors in months! it was disgusting and found hair in the bathroom that didn't come from someones head! half eaten jolly rancher my 11 month old found on the floor and put in his mouth and a roach in the kitchen in the middle of the night. Do NOT book this hotel! Cockroaches in room. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Upcharges for everything including maid service, coffee pot. What a horrid place in a ROUGH neighborhood. Can not recommend to anyone.

Careful if you come here. Check in must be prior to 8pm or office closes. I was told I could check out at 9am but the office was closed for a meeting. The room was minimally clean. Two towels and washcloths. No hand towels or kitchen cloth or towel. The bathroom had something sticky on the floor and sink area. The door was very dirty with layers of finger prints and there was some hair in the shower. I hoped the linens were clean.
