Excellent customer service. The staff was very nice. I had some issues with my keys not working and the staff bent over backwards to help.

It was a one night stay for a family member We had an unexpected death in the family and I was very pleased with short notice getting a room so fast

Okay for 1night stands😂😆😄😉😊😔 Hostess was rude, Racially profiled me an my wife, it was kind of dirty and we were denied breakfast service but other that it was fine

An okay stay Check in was not fast. They took a while to check in and not really customer oriented. The room was good and clean. The walls are super thin and you can hear above you and to the side of you. It was not pleasant especially when the maids were above you. The internet is a hassle because you have to renew every day. It was an okay overall experience.
