Late checkin, office was locked. No instructions on what to do. Found a phone around the corner with instructions to call after hours.

Very nice property & staff. There was a little bit of confusion with my checkin because I booked room through a third party. But staff made calls to resolve issue & got me checked in.

The front desk staff was awesome and tried to get me into my room as soon as possible. People were smoking downstairs and we could smell the smoke upstairs.

Room was in fair condition, TV remote didn't work, No cooking utensils or even ice trays were in room. Staff explained later that we needed to ask for it. There should have been a posted sign in room stating that. The refrigerator doors were installed backwards making it difficult to use it. The staff was very friendly, especially those at the front desk.

Nice, quiet location. Easy access to I-225. Did not like being 7 miles from business location instead of the two miles I would have been if original reservation had not been cancelled as I arrived at DIA.

The room was clean , the property was nice . The refrigerator was sooper noisy and kept me up . The tv didn’t work correctly. Over all this place is good just needs more attention paid to maintenance by employees.
