I love this place. The room is awesome. It would be nice if the front desk workers were more pleasant. They really need better customer service skills

Average hotel The place was abosutely trashed when we checked in pulled into parking spot with bags of trash outside...I ran over a pillow in the spot I parked in but I didn't notice it because of the snow storm packed with ice in the lot..all the outside trash was overflowing and in the morning at eleven am all of this trash was still there!!! Even the pillow behind my car!!! Also some guy that worked there was pounding on the door at nine thirty rudely to see if we were staying over! What happened to calling the room???? L... read more
