Decent hotel; horrible customer service No one at check-in desk upon arrival, had to wait until someone showed up. Called for extra pillows, none were ever brought to the room. No extra toilet paper was brought to the room either.

Satisfactory Overall the Hotel looked nice on the outside. But when I went into the office, it gave me an idea of what the room would look like. The office area was not clean at all. The staff was nice but overworked. Our room was neat but the carpet was badly stained. It had a full mini kitchen but no utensils unless you asked. We stayed 2 night and didn't get utensils until the last night. They were not very clean but we appreciated them non-the-less. Not bad for the cost, and nice to have fridge to use.
Nothing too bad, nothing too special Great location, close to cherry creek shopping, close to downtown (16thst shopping), and close to a lot of dispensaries. Free parking, free wifi (weak, slow, opted to just not use it haha), and free breakfast (just coffee and granola bars). Room was decent, nothing to rave about. I was very happt I don't have much time to spend on reviews. I needed a room fro a business meeting the next day. I was very happy with my stay at Extended Stay America - Denver , cherry creek. If I have to visit Denver again I'll book at this motel Ken
Sort of unexpected stay Due to a mix-up, our reservation at the original hotel was cancelled. Thank goodness. This hotel was in a very nice part of Denver, close to parks, shopping, the Denver Botanic Garden, and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The staff was polite and helpful, and the room was not too fancy--but that is ok--it was just what we needed.
A hidden gem A great value in an excellent neighborhood, Cherry Creek, free parking, commodious room, clean, free parking next to room, helpful staff (with exception of one), poor internet even with the small surcharge for upgrade version,nearby tennis courts, numerous restaurants and luxury shopping, walk to get NY Times, easy access to downtown. Extended Stay Extended stay was a nice place to get a room for a night. Has a small kitchen and near a grocery store so I was able to stay in make dinner and watch the basketball playoffs.
