DO.NOT.STAY.HERE! my family needed accommodations for 2 weeks due to a family member’s hospital stay at Children’s Hospital. I’m a mom traveling with 3 kids under 10…The room was clean- BUT after our first night’s stay, My 2 daughters and myself awoke to itching bites on our necks, arms and chest. The lock on our room wasn’t working properly- and the activity in the parking lot was loud until late night. We decided to check out after the first night. Would not let me check in late and proceeded to kick me out of lobby because their system updates at midnight and would not let me check in due to a late flight coming in from out of state

Upon arriving at the hotel around 11:45 PM, after a long day of travel, I was informed that the front desk could not process my check-in because their computer system was undergoing an overnight update. Despite calling the hotel information line earlier in the evening (10:30 PM) to ask specifically about late check-in, I was advised simply to use the outside phone to reach the front desk, with no mention of this potential issue. Hotel manager was acting strange , at check out time he came to the door 10 minutes till to tell us times up , , in which case we were already leaving . He continued to other rooms like a brothel .
Front desk was unhelpful and has very limites hours. They couldn't tell me hownto get to my room. The room was dated, dirty, and run down. The water barely got hot, there was no coffee maker, cutlery or plates. The TV didn't work. Sketchy sorts of people hanging around outside at all hours. And given all of this, it was very overpriced.
