trashy, scary very rude front desk staff, required extra 25.00 for dog, would not let me cancel , called me a name, room smelled like cat urine, smoke smell terrible, very stained carpet, wallpaper falling off walls. you should not recommend this hotel especially for 103.00 dollars plus pet fee of 25 . Could have stayed at laquinta across street for that price , Very mad at travelocity, will not use you again, and will be leaving reviews

Needs updating Outside of hotel looks run down and is covered with trash, cigarette butts, and unknown sticky puddles of who knows what. The staff member who helped us out--older woman at front desk---was very polite, but it is run in a very unorganized, under-staffed fashion. There were not any complimentary shampoo or even ice offered. It is an older hotel in need of severe renovation and more cleaning/maintenance staff.

There was barely any parking. Asked for pillows and they said they were completely out. Stood at the front desk for 45 minutes to check in because a printer wasn't working.

Mis-represented accomodations We made a reservation for a room with two beds for my grandson and myself. When we got there the manager said they had NO such rooms. After much arguing, all this at 10:30 pm, they finally found a smoking room with a hide-a-bed. I am requesting a partial refund since we did not get what we paid for.

A SAD NIGHT WITH A CRUMMY BREAKFAST HOTEL IS RUN DOWN; THEIR WERE NO DISHES OR GLASSES OR SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER IN THIS EXTENDED STAY. BREAKFAST WAS ALONG A 6 FOOT WALL IN THE OFFICE AND NO CHAIRS OR TABLES TO SIT. THEY DIDN'T WANT YOU THERE FOR BREAKFAST AS I HEARD THE OFFICE WORKER SAY. SHEETS LOOKED WELL USED AND HOPEFULLY WERE CLEAN BUT I WAS CHECKING VERY CLOSELY. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AS OTHER HOTELS I HAVE STAYED AT WITH HOTELS.COM

Over all, not bad. Things weren't exactly as advertised, we wound up with a Queen instead of a King, (they over booked our Kings), the rooms were very bare, you had to ask for a coffee pot, it would be a stretch to call that breakfast, etc. On the other hand, it was reasonably clean and quiet, the staff was competent, and it was cheap. Next time I'll pay a few extra bucks but over all not bad.

Bad experience Smoke alarm went off for no reason and stayed on for two hrs. Staff did not apologize just said that this happens sometimes. Had to walk past boxes of rotting bananas and old bagels. It was like being in a third world country.
