terrible experience We reserved a non- smoking room with a king sized bed. We ended up with a smoking room with two full beds. This hotel was not at all willing to work with us or be flexible in any way. Their consistent response was that since it was booked on line through a discount provider they were not responsible for not having the accommodations we had requested. In addition, the hallways, elevators, and other common areas were filthy. Spills were not cleaned up and trash was left. Their idea of breakfast was packets ... read more
over priced for the service, never will stay again, first time I have ever head of extra charge to clean your room.
Hotel was fine. Services were lousy. U have to pay for xtra coffee, and if u want room cleaned
Clean, but not "non-smoking" The room was very clean and the front desk staff quite courteous; however, there was a distinct odor of cigarette smoke, even though the room was classified as "non-smoking". The breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 on Saturday, however, the door was locked until 7:00 am.

Smoking or smell like smoke The rooms were clean. But the smell of cigarette smoke was awfull. It was a non smoking room. Don't know where the smell was coming from. My daughter stayed on the other side and said her room was the same. Will not stay there again.
Horrible! Thin walls, tiny bathrooms and cheapy "upgraded" .... Also the staff are rude, impatience and liars. Left my iPad, and two other items when I checked out sitting on the coffee table. Called a few hours later and they were no where to be found, so I used find my iPad and what a surprise it came up there in the back office but they wouldn't do a thing about it and told maybe I should look some where else... Maybe everyone should find somewhere to stay!!!
would not stay there again It was not what I expected. They said they were a **** star hotel and I wouldn't even give them a **2 star rating. I will stay somewhere else my next trip
Not happy The front desk person was not very customer friendly. Did not honor the king bed I booked and didn't seem to care either that I had paid for the bed size difference. Not overly impressed.
