No service, dirty room I booked this hotel for my parents. They are handicapped and elderly. The "renovated" room was dingy and dirty. The chairs were so stained, you did not want to sit on them. There was NO service at all. No clean cups for coffee in the morning, no housekeeping at all. The clerk would not even bring up some batteries for the TV remote. He had my 80 year old handicapped father go downstairs to get them! I was embarrassed I booked this room for them. We will not be back.

Extended stay at Extended Stay? Don't think so! Ironically, I would not want to stay at this Extended Stay for an extended stay. It was in a convenient location for my business in Lakewood, but pretty spartan has far as hotels go. The outside of the place was dirty, but the rooms were clean. Housekeeping had missed an item left by a previous occupant. The desk clerk was the only employee there and had a hard time ignoring the phone in order to take care of the person standing in front of him.
Not very accommodating We should start at the beginning. When we arrived, the staff was not presentable. The male was earning a dirty hotel staff polo unbuttoned enough to allow his tuft of chest hair to hang out. The female employee sitting at the computer did not even lift her head to acknowledge us. As we reached our room we found our cards did not work so I had to leave my pregnant wife standing outside the room while i went back to the lobby. Choose a different hotel if possible For $100/night there are much better options than this hotel. There are nicer hotels within walking distance of this hotel as well for an extra $25/night or so. Do yourself a favor and book one of those. Our room had hairs in the drawers and toilet when we checked in. The staff was ok, however, one in particular was difficult to deal with. We won't be back. Check in for an extra day was very confusing as we tried for 3 hours to contact the hotel directly and kept being told "someone" would call us back and they never did so when we arrived (luckily) there was one room left We were told we could have the same room for the 2 days but at 8:00am we were called and told we had to move to another room and the non-smoking room we moved to reeked of pipe tobacco.

overpriced and dirty. The furniture and coverings are not taken care of very well. Everything was stained and spotted and dirty. But the room was comfortable and served its purpose. The price was too high for the cleanliness level.
Horrible The man/woman at the desk was very rude and insulting. The room was sketchy.
