Wouldn't stay there again I knew it didn't have high ratings, but didn't think it could be as bad as it was. The smell was overwhelming from cigarette smoke, their was urine at the base of the toilet, the smoke alarm had a blinking light that kept me awake all night and they said there was nothing they could do about it. wouldn't stay there again.

Staff not friendly and room stunk OH my gosh i had a bad experience...my flight was delayed and I did not get to the hotel until after 1 am. The person who answer phone to check me in sounded upset and not friendly then she put me in a smoking room that smelled so bad that I could not sleep all night and I had a convention at 8 am. The friedge in the room made so much noise that I was not able to fall sleep.

you get what you pay for It looked decent on the outside. Lobby stank, was glad my room didn't smell the same. But there was tons of cigarette butts on the stairwell. The smell of cigarettes actually entered our room and stank the whole night. Our sink was clogged during the 3 days we were there. There was hair folded in with the "clean" towels. Was unable to check out earlier than 7 AM. Oh and I thought I left my phone in the room so I tried calling but I guess if they are too busy it goes to a call center. I'm still waitin... read more

No Continental Breakfast / Noisey I didn't have a horrible experience, I just thought the place was kind of filthy and loud. The rooms need new carpet, I could hear every foot step, cough and sneeze above me. I could hear the shower and toilet above me. I could also hear all the traffic outside, there was about zero sound barriers to anything. I didn't find a vending or ice machines on the premises. Too smokey. Even though I was in nonsmoking room, smoke from other rooms infiltrated multiple times during night. That made for bad experience but staff was very friendly and nice. Room had mini kitchen but no plates or utensils.

poor customer service Check in time was not available as stated. Arrived at 4pm, room not clean, able to get into room by 5pm. This was a tremendous inconvenience. Later, the manager called and asked why I had not vacated room, when I had booked room for 2 more day. She then told me I was rude when I asked her to leave belongs in place and would be back to straighten out. Very old, moldy smelling, outdated. I would not recommend.
