The Management for this company needs to be better trained on customer service and overall. The first room was disgusting, not cleaned and refrigerator was not working.
No me gustó para nada su servicio si uno no hace reserva te cobran el doble de lo que cuesta el hotel y si haces reserva tienes que salir del hotel y esperar las tres de la tarde para volver a entrar es una manera de cobrarte el doble de la habitación de una manera o de otra los servicios de la cocina son extra no te limpian la habitación y es un poco inseguro hay muchos animales en todo el hotel y está muy sucio
Booked King - no King available. Reserved a King room, was notified upon arrival no King rooms were available. Was not offered any compensation for them not honoring the reservation. The room in an extended stay hotel typically has dishes, etc. for use. There was NOTHING here not even facial tissue. I would NEVER stay at this location again.
Staff was rude
Would not recommend as a single woman- the doors all face the street. Didn’t feel super safe.
