Anna was rude and unattended to customers when we needed it at the front desk, and She communicated very loudly with most customers In our room, there was no soap, no Shampo, and so on. Finally, in the bathroom, I found several hairs around the tubes, and it was not clean at all, and the tub was ugly and dirty; we stay in Chicago for an extended stay in America

Never again I extended my stay a day. I asked the front desk what i should do since i was working a14 hour day starting at 6 the next morning. They told me no problem. Just come get a new key after work. When i did a they told me i was told i would have to pay $130 late checkout fee or they wouldn't check me into the exact same room. Such properties should be investigated and take off of Expedia. This property is unclean, smelly, and the room that was assigned to me had bugs. I was unable to sleep in the room as there was many bedbugs crawling around, so I was forced to sleep in my car 2 hours after checking in.

I showed up and their was a sign on the door saying to contact my third party and get a refund. They apparently didn't want to staff their hotel, so the office was closed, and my wife and I ended up sleeping in a car at a truck stop. When I had a VERY important meeting the next morning I needed to be in top shape for.
