Elevator had strong, unpleasant odor all weekend with a very sticky floor. At no point did housekeeping clean our room or even knock on the door to attempt to clean our room and we didn’t have any do not disturb sign up or anything. Everything in the room was old, warn down, and half working, and the top two drawers would not stay closed. Volume options on the TV are basically muted or makes your ears bleed. Our rooms floor was pretty gross, and there is no tissue.

Never again... Cramped room not clean...beds uncomfortable...linens limited.

Had a room booked and showed up after work late in the evening to find the office closed with a note on the door saying they were overbooked and then they tried to not refund me

Expedia advertised kitchenette with pots, pans and kitchen ware for this hotel. There is new management and now you have to buy pots and pans at $40 a pop and they recommended going to a discount store to pick up paper plates and utensils. The front office was cramped, the parking lot had customers hanging out in their cars. Did not feel safe. I contacted the hotel directly (earlier in the day) and there was no mention of any charges. Dissapointed The room was basically empty. No coffee maker. No shampoo. Bed only had 2 pillows. No extra blankets. It was kitchenette and it had 0 utensils or dishes. Lots of people up at all hours shutting doors and making noise. I should have slept in my car. Trash under the bed.

Anna was rude and unattended to customers when we needed it at the front desk, and She communicated very loudly with most customers In our room, there was no soap, no Shampo, and so on. Finally, in the bathroom, I found several hairs around the tubes, and it was not clean at all, and the tub was ugly and dirty; we stay in Chicago for an extended stay in America

Never again I extended my stay a day. I asked the front desk what i should do since i was working a14 hour day starting at 6 the next morning. They told me no problem. Just come get a new key after work. When i did a they told me i was told i would have to pay $130 late checkout fee or they wouldn't check me into the exact same room. Why am i paying a checkout fee at all, let alone to be in the exact same room? No manager was available and i was very upset.
