Evening receptionist not helpful on arrival, I wasn't told about breakfast which was just help yourself to coffee and packets of oats situated in lobby as I found out when I checked out early next morning. However morning's receptionist was more helpful. He held the room for one extra hour until noon for me to give me time to come back from my early morning meeting to collect my bag. My room was not thoroughly clean I did find several hairs in the sink and in the shower not belonging to me. There were other minor complaints ... read more
