Leaves a lot to be desired Office staff was friendly. Lots of paperwork to sign. Bed linens had stains all over. Room smelled like an ashtray eventhough I ordered a non smoking room. After a full day of travel, I lost energy to switch rooms. "Grab and Go Breakfast" was coffee, muffins and granola bars. Not what I expected.

The friendliness of the staff was very helpful,;)a lot of times you don't know that person is there or what the person mite be going through and so it was nice to have such a kind and caring and mostly,compassion from the person behind the counter.I honestly appreciated that.

A mother’s worry I rented this for my son to stay in for work. As he had nowhere to go and I was in another state! He was treated very well and respectful upon check in he had some mild trouble but Tierra in the front desk is the best one up there! She cleared everything up immediately! And put my mind at ease!

Lock your door and watch for needles. Pet friendly, although when walking the dogs by the pine trees there was an intravenous needle just laying there. Oh, and since check out is at 11am the maid makes sure to try and come in at 10:30am.

Close to where I have to be Fire alarm goes off for no reason.when it snow cable goes out only local channels work.no soap in room.only one set of towels in room.one roll of toilet paper.
