Close to downtown Denver Stayed several days to visit Colorado for the first time with a budget. Very friendly staff and a nice private hotel! No room service to bother you in the mornings.

Decent The staff were very friendly and the room wasn't bad. It would have been nice if they had a couch or chairs to sit on because there was more than enough room for them. Also we were in a smoking room but there were no ash trays. You also had to ask the front desk for the dishes, pot and pans, and utensils that they offer because they don't keep them in the room. Other than that it wasn't bad. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was nice

Rate The idea of the hotel is awesome, they need to invest a little more on sheets and cleanness! The bathroom was really bad, and the bed, you could see that the sheet was falling a part. The person that was in the front desk during the night was super nice, the one that was in the morning wasn’t that nice

Worked For Me Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was spacious. This appears to be an older property and needs some repair and updating. Restaurants and bars are close to the hotel. The room was overall clean, but needs a good deep cleaning and some updating. Workout room is small and limited with only 2 machines. Parking was free and plentiful. This was a quick 2-night stay business trip and I was very satisfied with the stay. I would stay here again.

For the price, i thought this was a great hotel room. Booking two rooms for a total of 155 bucks in the DTC is a great value.
