Unprecedented Level of Customer Service The front desk receptionist named Claire went above and beyond by helping us make our reservation online and by making us coffee, and offering to share her scones with us. We owe her for going out of her way to get us a room here and we are so grateful for it.

Close to downtown Denver Stayed several days to visit Colorado for the first time with a budget. Very friendly staff and a nice private hotel! No room service to bother you in the mornings.

Decent The staff were very friendly and the room wasn't bad. It would have been nice if they had a couch or chairs to sit on because there was more than enough room for them. Also we were in a smoking room but there were no ash trays. You also had to ask the front desk for the dishes, pot and pans, and utensils that they offer because they don't keep them in the room. Other than that it wasn't bad. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was nice

Rate The idea of the hotel is awesome, they need to invest a little more on sheets and cleanness! The bathroom was really bad, and the bed, you could see that the sheet was falling a part. The person that was in the front desk during the night was super nice, the one that was in the morning wasn’t that nice
