I did not need my room cleaned. The room was actually very nice was on and out.

A Pleasurable Experience Friendly Staff, severed the front desk with a smile and positive attitude! Can easily navigate through the big building with no problems. Bed was so comfy i woke up forgetting what day it was! If i ever need to stay in Ann Arbor again for work this would be on my speed dial!

We booked this a long time ago (pre-COVID) and was pretty sure we had canceled, but apparently not. Even though we were supposed to be checked in already, they canceled it for us with no penalty. We have stayed here before and the property is great. Now we also no that the hotel managers or directors are great too, and very understanding. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was very helpful and cooperative. They were also very friendly and welcomed us with a smile. I definitely recommend staying at the hotel if you are in the area.
