Convenient but lacking. Great bed but no towels and carpet very overdue for shampooing

Good for the price We were there for the Winter Classic. Our rooms were good, except my room key didn't work and I had to get it reset twice, as well we didn't have enough towels. This was resolved quickly and the staff was very polite about it.

It was ok..... Overall it was just ok. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I had read other reviews saying the hotel was dirty or their rooms weren't clean and unfortunately I chose to ignore that because I know a lot of people can find anything to complain about. What I first noticed was that the bathroom floor was very sticky..... almost like something was spilled before and not cleaned up. The toilet, sink and bathtub were fine. Barely adequate OK for a quick overnight. Depending on what you are used to as a business traveller, it's likely passable for a longer stay. Quite difficult to find. Firstly, its not signed by one of the Interstate hotel signs on the highway. Guess that was to big an investment for the company. Its also not signed off State St. or at the corner where you turn down the road that its actually on. Did the job! Everything was very clean. However the bathroom is quite dated and has very little counter space. Aside from that, everything was good.

Good price to lay your head for the night This hotel was clean, but could use some freshening. The breakfast was sparse at best, nothing hot except coffee, no bagels or bread, just packaged muffins. Overall a good location near the University and easy access.
