Cheap extended stay hotel=cheap experience, pass Decent size room but they didn't have linens for sleeper sofa then tried to charge me extra for those linens. No dishes in the kitchen. They only had 2 towels in the room that was reserved for 4 adults, and when I went to get more (because they won't bring anything to your room) they said they have been out of towels for over a week. Lots of bad little things means keep looking Enough small things were bad to say i shouldve just paid a little more. Always waiting on someone to show up at the front desk, some of the room was upgraded but I'm 45 and the fridge and range were easily as old as me. Never seen a range that old, fridge made weird noises all night long. Cheap tub surround with mildew on all seams. Elevator out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. Nothing tremendously bad but overall this place is well below average.

The room needed alot of work. Door was de-laminated, flooring was dirty, walls were dirty, shower caulk covered up mold. Decided to not use the shower because of this. No blankets for the pull out bed. Counertops were stained and dirty. 2 towels for a room that sleeps 5. Cabinets were in bad shape and dirty. Would not recommend this property

The hotel needs to be refreshed, the carpet seems worn and sticky everything is dated, nice sized rooms but poor condition

I had a reservation. Upon arrival they did not have a room for me and moved me to a hotel in Novi. I asked them to cancel. They charged me for the room at another city that they moved me to. Horrible customer service. Take a reservation and keep the reservation. Do not move me to a hotel 30 minutes away. This is bad business and criminal for charging me for service i did not receive. Small claims court is in the future.
