The facility seemed sketchy. We arrived late and could not get ahold of anyone to check in. We had to call customer service (a number I found online), and they were able to reach the night attendant. He finally came out and checked us in. The room was clean, but the furnace smelled. The carpet was undesirable.

I normally do not write reviews, but this is one that needs to happen. Despite several attempts to remedy the concerns both on site and via email with the manager. Nothing was done. Long story short. The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, there were poor repairs made to virtually every corner of the room. Kitchen nothing in it so if you are traveling no pots or utensils. The place is very old and out dated. Kitchen was not very sanitary.

Not clean, no soap, room key stopped working and nobody to help. Property is a bit run down

This was U Of M Parents Weekend so this price was already ridiculous at $296 per night. This place is truely not a hotel but a temporary apartment. There are no amenities like a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, wifi etc. The condition of the rooms are very worn out. The first room they gave us the room was just filthy, broken lamp, dirt on the walls, dirty sheets, bathroom that didn't look like it had been cleaned. The second room was hardly better. Saving grace for this place was the staff was helpful and very friendly. Otherwise… extremely dated. No hair dryer or shampoo. As it was extended stay I would have expected basic plates, cups, silverware. Nope. Generally terrible, not in good condition.
