The entire staff has been courteous and helpful!! These past four months have been trying to say the least, but Stay America Haggerty Rd location has blessed my family. They nickel and dime you every time gig turned around $29.00 for pots and pans abs 19.99 for silverware. I bar of soap in the room. No way of washing the dishes. Towels were too small. It says pet friendly but never mentioned about a 26.00 pet fee

Good, not great The room was clean. The hotel needs updating. The front desk was not open when I checked out at 9 which was a little strange. The room only had 2 washcloths and one had something on it. They do not provide any shampoo which would have been nice. Overall the property was sufficient for a one niggt stay.
