My family and I are relocating soon, in the mean time the staff and guests have been polite and cordial. During this time I am able to go day to day knowing my daughters are safe and able to sleep at night in a clean and warm environment. Erica(housekeeping staff), is always pleasant and joyful!! I appreciate that as I am trying to get through this time. I truly appreciate all that is being done to keep this hotel safe, clean, and home away from home for my family at this time!!! THANK YOU

I was recently in a minor auto accident and the compassion shown by the staff was amazing!!! I was able to come to my room and get my head together as driving is part of my job that helps pay for my family to stay here I was able to regroup, go back to work and pay for the room!!! I am truly thankful the staff was compassionate and respectful of my privacy at the time. Thank You so much
The hotel didn’t have paper plates or silverware. They wanted me to purchase a $20 plate. The staff were ok but the room was decent. It had smell of mold from the garbage disposal not being cleaned in a while but the room was clean. The McDonald’s and Taco Bell were conviene across the street but was very low rated for a reason.
