No office help. Tried to extend my visit and called the 800# they told me to call the desk and no one was working. When I left at 7:30 am the metal wall was down and still no one so I’m not staying another night. Everything else was great!
We had a lady bang on our door at 10:00 to tell us that they were working on the hvac system. We didn’t have to check out until 11:00. They could have at least looked to see who was checking out at 11:00 and came to do the service in the room at that time.
