Simple, clean, excellent staff. We were in town visiting relatives for a couple of weeks and just needed a place to sleep. It's not a luxury hotel but it's very clean, reasonably priced, with a friendly helpful staff. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. We travel to the area a couple of times a year and have stayed in different places. There is no reason to stay anywhere else, we will be staying here when we come to town.

Loud AC Sound of the airconditioner very loud. Had to switch it off to get some sleep!

Close to family celebration Wr wanted a place that was close to most of our family,and it was convenient for us. the hotel personnel were extremely friendly and service-oriented.

Very acceptable Luxury this is NOT. But for a clean, well maintained facility, good bed, good night's sleep, this is more than adequate. No continental breakfast but coffee is available in the lobby in the morning. The High Speed Internet is actually a fairly low speed service. Adequate for e-mails and remote desktop/remote access but don't try to watch a movie or download a large file. BUT, if you pay $3.00 per day you can get a somewhat higher speed. That was the only "downer" on this property.

More Welcome Outstanding staff!!! I was traveling to the area and knew I would be arriving late, on the way there I missed an exit and ended up adding about an hour to my arrival time (well past 11pm) I called and spoke to Andre, he assured me there would be no problem. When I arrived Dee greeted me and welcomed me by name and was extremely pleasant and welcoming. during my check in I explained that I needed a late check out. Close to friends. Staff very friendlyand helpful. Even suggested if I needed a map of the area..just ask and they would print me one.

Good neighborhood It is located at a good place in the suburb of Detroit. It is close to Twelve Oaks mall and has a lot of good restaurants around . The place is non-smoking and the hotel from inside smells good . Good place and well maintained .
