Excellent for a Long Term Stay! My month long stay at this particular Extended Stay America was much better than I could have imagined. This was the first time I had stayed in a "hotel" for an extended period of time. After settling in (unpacking and stocking my fridge and cupboards) I felt right at home. The kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, electric cook-top, toaster, coffee maker, pots-n-pans, utensils and plates was what really made me comfortable... The worst days ! Because it was cold, on the day when I stayed for 2 days, I operated a heater, but did not function. An employee came, but was not settled. All trips were cold for 3 days and 2 nights! TV disappeared suddenly and did not operate afterwards. An employee comes and was settled, but does not understand a cause. Probably I think that the battery of the monitor ran out. I want you to change it to a new thing beforehand! I did not clean a room of the next day. It was the worst trip.

Comfortable, clean hotel I stayed for an evening and it was nice. Not a lot of facilities, but it was clean and the staff was nice.

good service The staff are very nice. My son forgot his toy bear there. I called them and they say they find it and will keep it for me. My son was very happy! The breakfast was too simple. I prefered cook in the room. By the way , I liked the kitchen very much.

Hotel and room very clean, friendly staff. Hated the lighting in the room - made the room feel "cold" and uninviting. Bed very comfortable. A/C heating unit very noisy - was either too hot or too cold - never just right. TV didn't work 2 out of the 3 days - had ESPN and CNN, Weather Channel but no local channels - very uninteresting television watching unless you were into sports and news.

Convenient location Stay was OK. The promised breakfast should be specified clearly as a "grab and Go" cart and the hours posted. The availability of breakfast was one reason I picked this hotel and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The carpet in my room also smelled. Needs a shampoo soon.

A bit overpriced for what you actually get I've had better stays than this for what I paid here. The room comes with fully equipped kitchen which is a big advantage if you're staying longer duration but not much of use if you're in for a short stay - in that case the smaller size of free space available in the room becomes overwhelmingly obvious. Bed was real comfortable and room had HD TV. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful but the front lobby doesn't have a casual sitting area and the breakfast is negligible - just... read more
