Convenient location Stay was OK. The promised breakfast should be specified clearly as a "grab and Go" cart and the hours posted. The availability of breakfast was one reason I picked this hotel and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The carpet in my room also smelled. Needs a shampoo soon.

A bit overpriced for what you actually get I've had better stays than this for what I paid here. The room comes with fully equipped kitchen which is a big advantage if you're staying longer duration but not much of use if you're in for a short stay - in that case the smaller size of free space available in the room becomes overwhelmingly obvious. Simple, clean, excellent staff. We were in town visiting relatives for a couple of weeks and just needed a place to sleep. It's not a luxury hotel but it's very clean, reasonably priced, with a friendly helpful staff. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. We travel to the area a couple of times a year and have stayed in different places. There is no reason to stay anywhere else, we will be staying here when we come to town.

Close to family celebration Wr wanted a place that was close to most of our family,and it was convenient for us. the hotel personnel were extremely friendly and service-oriented.

Very acceptable Luxury this is NOT. But for a clean, well maintained facility, good bed, good night's sleep, this is more than adequate. No continental breakfast but coffee is available in the lobby in the morning. The High Speed Internet is actually a fairly low speed service. Adequate for e-mails and remote desktop/remote access but don't try to watch a movie or download a large file. BUT, if you pay $3.00 per day you can get a somewhat higher speed. That was the only "downer" on this property.

More Welcome Outstanding staff!!! I was traveling to the area and knew I would be arriving late, on the way there I missed an exit and ended up adding about an hour to my arrival time (well past 11pm) I called and spoke to Andre, he assured me there would be no problem. When I arrived Dee greeted me and welcomed me by name and was extremely pleasant and welcoming. during my check in I explained that I needed a late check out.
