The Best in the Midwest Whether you are looking to stay in Novi, Michigan for a couple of days or more I highly recommend Extended Stay America. It's the best in the midwest! On my drive here, I bought a cooler packed with some goodies and assuming that I would need ice to keep them fresh, I discoverd that there was no need because my room was equipped with everything- a refrigerater, stove, microwave, the works! My room was clean, neat, and comffortable and I didn't need to go out to eat because I could cook in my own room!... read more

Great except for... What a great place...it will be even better once the glass from a broken beer bottle is cleaned off the patio next to the pool...

There was nothing in the kitchen you had to by the plates silverware cups etc. for 39.95 totally absurd and the pots and pans was another 19.95 on top of your room rate. No coffee pot or compliments were anywhere in the hotel not even in our room. This was the absolute worst Extended Stay we have ever booked. We booked a king room and ended up in a queen room that was very hard for us to sleep in as my husband is over 6 ft. We actually ended up leaving 2 days early because we were so frustrated and miserable. I wouldn't reco... read more

This place needs a MAJOR update, everything is old, dirty, and ran down. And the toilet in our room had pubic hairs around the seat. The elevator looked very sketchy as well. Would not recommend

It was not so good, the second worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. People actually live there and slow elevators. Remote to tv did not work, you have to go all the way downstairs to call for assistance after 10pm instead of from your room. Front desk was ghetto , unprofessional, taking there sweet time, halls stink, sink dirty, I was scared to even sleep.
